Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.

You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving your product.

All returns are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of TilesTee.com.
Return Process
- Email us at support@tilestee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the defect.
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
- After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will issue a credit note equal to the product’s value.
Credit Note Terms

The credit note can be used to purchase any other product on TilesTee.com.

It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
