Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.

• You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving your product.

• All returns are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of TilesTee.com.

Return Process

• Email us at support@tilestee.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the defect.
• Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
• After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will issue a credit note equal to the product’s value.

Credit Note Terms

• The credit note can be used to purchase any other product on TilesTee.com.

• It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
